Who We Are
Curtis
Curtis is an Arizona native, military veteran, and CRNA who has vast experience in administering anesthesia from outpatient centers to Level 1 trauma facilities. He has been a Registered Nurse since 1997, Nurse Practitioner since 2008, and CRNA since 2015.

Curtis takes great pride in delivering high-quality anesthesia care to each patient. He can communicate with patients in both English and Spanish.

Dale
Dale comes to Rise Anesthesia with a background in business banking. Dale is an Arizona native and loves to spend time with his family, play golf, and hope the Suns will win a Championship one day.
